Broadfield South Lib Dem Councillor Marcella Head and the Lib Dem Focus Team have received several calls from residents having problems with cars parked badly on verges - blocking others in, abandoned etc.

The Community Wardens do attend when they are called. In the cases of abandoned cars (one that has been there for some time, has no visible tax disc or is in a bad state of repair). You will need to give the location, the make and model of the vehicle and the registration number (if it's possible!) The telephone number to report this is 0800 587 5888.

For untaxed vehicle that are still in use then 08000 325 202. You will need the details of the car. The calls are free from a landline and don't forget - if they don't pay we all pay more!
