Pen and in drawing of a construction site

Northgate Councillor Linda Seekings was one of the very few Councillors who opposed the detailed Planning Application to build flats on this land. Sadly she was in the minority when the vote at the Development Control Committee was taken.

As a result, as many residents of Northgate will no doubt have seen, work has started on the construction of the Flats. Only time will tell if Linda's view that it's going to cause traffic problems in Five Acres does happen. However early feed back from nearby residents suggests that already there have been problems.
