Tories want to double Council Tax!!

With Crawley residents now paying the increased Council Tax the only fair solution is to scrap it and replace it with a local income tax, based on ability to pay. However Tory Shadow Chancellor, Oliver Letwin, has said the Tories propose to double the revenue council's raise locally while keeping the council tax - meaning double Council Tax for everyone!
